Do I need a website as well as a Keepp page?
No. A Keepp page is a real page at a real address, so for most creators and small businesses it is the website. It is quicker to set up than a site and easier to change when what you do changes.

How long does it take to set up a Keepp page?
A few minutes. You claim a handle, add a photo and a line about what you do, then add blocks until the page says what you need it to say.
What is a block?
A block is one thing on your page: a link, a product, a booking, a form, a map, a video, a menu. You add the ones you need and drag them into the order you want, and the page is whatever stack of blocks you end up with.

How do I choose my handle?
You pick it when you claim the page, and it becomes the address people save, print and share. Your own name or your business name is what most people search for, so it is usually the one worth taking.

Yes. A published page is a real indexable page rather than something rendered behind a login, so search engines can crawl it like any other page on the web.
How many links can I put on my page?
Every plan lets you add links freely. There is no per-plan allowance to buy your way past and no approval queue, so a link is live the moment you add it.
Can I put my page behind a QR code?
Yes, and not only the page: individual blocks have their own shareable links and QR codes, so a menu, a product or a booking can be reached directly.

How do I share one product as a link?
Open the product on your live page and tap Share, and you get a short link to that one product, like keepp.link/yourname/a1b2c3d4. It opens on the product itself, not at the top of your page, and a QR code for the same link is one tap away.

Can I put a link to one product in a pinned comment, a DM or a post?
Yes. Paste the product's own link where the platform makes links tappable: a YouTube pinned comment or description, a DM, an Instagram story link sticker, an X post or a Pinterest pin. People land on that product and check out there, instead of scrolling your page to find it.

Do shared links show a preview of the product?
Yes. A product's link unfurls with that product's own title, description and photo in messages and on social platforms, so people see what you are pointing at before they tap.
Can I send customers straight to a booking or a form?
Yes. Every booking and form has its own link and QR code, so you can send someone to the exact session or form they need. A flyer, a story or a reply can point at one thing instead of at your whole page.

Can I use my own domain for my Keepp page?
Yes. A custom domain is included on the Pro plan, so your page can live at an address you own instead of keepp.link/yourname. It is the same page, so moving to your own domain does not mean rebuilding anything.
Can I show my opening hours and location?
Yes. A map block carries your pin, your address and your hours, and opens your actual location rather than a search for the street name.
Can I schedule something to appear on my page later?
Yes. A block can be set to appear and disappear on its own, which is how a drop, a seasonal menu or a limited offer goes live without anybody being awake for it.

Selling and getting paid
Products, checkout, payouts and what it costs to take money.
Can I sell products from my Keepp page?
Yes. A product block takes payment on the page itself, with photographs, a price and a description, and the buyer never gets handed off to a separate cart.
How do I get paid?
Through your own connected Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, so the sale is between you and your customer and the money goes to your account rather than being held by Keepp and forwarded later.
What commission does Keepp take on a sale?
Five percent on the free plan, three percent on Pro and nothing on Influencer. It comes out at checkout rather than arriving as a separate invoice.
Can I sell digital products and downloads?
Yes. You host the file where you already keep it and Keepp reveals that private link to the buyer the moment the order is placed, so ebooks, presets, templates, sample packs and printables sell from the same page as everything else.

How do I sell an ebook online?
Put it on a product card with the cover, the price and a description, and the buyer gets your private download link as soon as they order. No separate storefront and no marketplace taking the customer.
Can I sell in more than one currency?
Yes, Keepp supports a set of major currencies so you can price for the market you actually sell into rather than making buyers convert in their heads.
Can I add affiliate links and promo codes?
Yes. An affiliate card points at somebody else's product with your link on it, and a promo code card holds a code that copies itself when a visitor taps it.
Can I ask buyers a question at checkout?
Yes. You can add your own questions to a purchase, so a size, an engraving, a dietary note or a delivery instruction arrives with the order instead of in a follow-up message.

Where do my orders go?
Into your dashboard, with the buyer, what they bought and anything they told you at checkout. You can tag them, add notes and export the list.
Can I sell physical products with Keepp?
Yes. Keepp takes the order and the payment on your page and lists every order in your dashboard, and you ship the item yourself. Add a checkout question for the delivery address so it arrives with the order.
How do refunds work?
You decide when to refund, and you trigger it yourself from Purchases in your Keepp dashboard, under your own policy. Keepp never starts a refund or moves any payment on its own, because you are the merchant of record.
Which countries can I get paid in?
Any country where Stripe supports connected accounts. Keepp has no country list of its own: if you can open a Stripe account for your business there, you can take payments on your page.
Bookings and appointments
Slots, nights, deposits and the people who book them.
Can people book appointments on my Keepp page?
Yes. A booking block puts your real availability on the page and lets somebody pick a time, so the appointment is made without a message being sent.
Do I need separate scheduling software?
No. The booking lives on the same page as everything else you sell, so there is no second tool for a customer to be sent to and no second subscription.
Can I take payment when someone books?
Yes. A booking can be paid at the moment it is made, which is the reliable cure for people who book and do not turn up, or left free for a first consultation.
Can I take bookings by the night rather than by the hour?
Yes. A booking can run on nights instead of slots, with a minimum stay, which is what a holiday let, a cabin or a bed and breakfast needs.

Does it handle time zones?
Yes. Times are shown in the visitor's own time zone rather than yours, which is the detail that quietly ruins bookings arranged over email.
Can I add a video call link to a booking?
Yes. A booking can carry a meeting link so the person who books gets it with their confirmation.
Is there a booking page for photographers?
Yes, and the same block is used by salons, tattoo artists, tutors, personal trainers, massage therapists, DJs, wedding planners and estate agents. What changes is the questions you ask and the length of the slot.

Can I ask questions when someone books?
Yes. You choose what a booking asks for, so a hair length, a venue, a dog's name or a brief arrives with the appointment rather than in a thread afterwards.

Does Keepp sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar once and anything already on it takes that time off your page, and each new booking is written back to it. Availability is read again every time someone opens the calendar, so what a visitor sees is current.
Can I have more than one kind of booking on one calendar?
Yes. Make a booking for each kind of session, such as a free first call, an hour one to one and a small group. Each has its own length, price, questions, link and QR code, and they all read the one Google Calendar you connect.
Does the booking calendar match my page's colors and fonts?
Yes. The calendar is part of your page, so it takes on your page's colors, fonts and corners. Visitors book without leaving a page that looks like yours.
Can I use Keepp as a booking website?

What can a form ask for?
Short answers, long answers, an email or a phone number, a choice from a list, a star rating, which of your products somebody means, or their handles on other platforms.
How do I stop fake form submissions?
Ask for a verified email address. The answer only counts once the address is confirmed, so a list of two hundred is two hundred rather than a hundred and forty plus typos.

Can I collect reviews or feedback?
Yes. A feedback form takes a rating and a comment, answered in the second it takes to tap a star, which gets you answers from people who would never write a paragraph.
Can I give something away in exchange for an email?
Yes. Price a product at nothing and the checkout still runs, so the download link goes out and you keep the address of everyone who asked for it.

Can I share a link to my chat?
Yes. The chat has its own link and QR code, like every block that opens. Put it in a story, a bio line, a pinned comment, a DM or on a shop window, and a visitor who opens it lands in the chat and can start asking.
How do I bring followers from a social platform into a chat I control?
Share your chat's link wherever your followers already are. They open it in their normal browser and talk to you on your page, with their email on file, instead of inside a platform whose rules decide when you can reply. You choose whether the AI, you or both answer, and replies sent while they are away reach them by email.
Who answers the chat on my page?
You choose between an AI that answers from your page, yourself, or the AI first with the chat handed to you when the visitor asks for a person. You can change the choice whenever you like.
Can an AI answer customer questions for my business?
Yes. The AI answers from everything already on your page, such as your products, prices, booking options and links, plus anything you add in Chat settings. When a question is not covered, it says so rather than guessing, and the chat is marked for you to see.
What does the chat AI use to answer?
Two things, and nothing else: everything on your published page, and what you add under What the AI should know in Chat settings. The page part is automatic, with nothing to copy in, and the AI picks up changes each time you publish. The settings box is for what the page does not say, such as policies, delivery, the questions you are asked most and the tone to use.
Do I have to be online to answer chats?
No. The AI can answer while you are busy, chats that need you arrive in Telegram on your phone, and a visitor who has left gets your reply by email.
How do I answer chats from my phone?
Each chat that needs you opens as its own topic in a Telegram group you connect, and what you type in that topic appears in the chat on your page. You can also reply from Chat in your Keepp dashboard.
Do I need a CRM or help desk to run live chat?
No. Chat is built into your Keepp page. Chats that need you open in a Telegram group you already use, every conversation is also listed in your dashboard, and there is no separate help desk to buy or log in to.
Does my customer need Telegram or an app to chat with me?
No. They chat in the window on your page, or from the chat's own link, in their normal browser. Telegram is only where you and your team answer from.
Can more than one person answer my chats?
Yes. Everyone in your Telegram group can reply in a customer's topic, and the reply shows up in the chat on your page. Add a partner, an assistant or your whole team to the group, and whoever is free picks up the chat.
What does the AI do when it does not know the answer?
It tells the visitor it will pass the chat on, and the chat opens in your Telegram group with the conversation so far. Once you join, the AI stays out of that conversation. Adding the answer under What the AI should know in Chat settings lets it handle the same question next time.
Is a chat on my page limited by Instagram's 24-hour DM window?
No. That window is Instagram's rule for replying through its messaging tools. Chat on your page has its own link, which you can put in your bio, a story or a QR code, and your reply reaches the visitor by email whenever you send it.
What happens if a visitor leaves before I reply?
They get your reply by email, with a link that opens the conversation again. Visitors give their email before the chat starts, so closing the tab does not lose the question.
Can I ask visitors something before a chat starts?
Yes. Email is always asked so you can reach them, and you can add your own questions, such as which product or which dates, and ask visitors to confirm their email first.
Which Keepp plan includes chat?
Chat is part of the Influencer plan at $24.99 a month, which also takes no commission on what you sell.
Design and branding
Making it look like you rather than like a tool.
Can I make the page look like my brand?
Yes. You choose the colour, how rounded the corners are, the type pairing and the background, and every block on the page follows.
Can I use my own photograph as the background?
Yes. A background can be a colour, a gradient or an image you upload, with a veil over it so the words stay readable.
Can I change the fonts?
Yes. Type pairings change the whole voice of a page without touching a word of the copy.
Can I use my own icons on links?
Yes. A link can carry your own uploaded image or one of the built-in icons, which is the quickest way to stop a page looking like everybody else's list of buttons.
How do I organise a long page?
Break it up with headings, and mark the ones you want to appear as tabs at the top. The tab row is built from the headings themselves, so it cannot point at a section that is not there.

Yes. Keepp has templates for kinds of business such as cafés, salons, barbers and fitness studios, and for creators such as musicians, photographers and coaches, and you can change everything on them.

Can an AI assistant manage my Keepp page?
Yes. Connect Keepp to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP app and the assistant can read and change your page while you talk to it, rather than you clicking through an editor. For scripts and your own agents there is also an HTTP API.

Is there an API?
Yes. The Agent API reads and replaces the whole page document, including every block, the layout and the theme, with a bearer token.
Can I add products or bookings through the API?
Yes. Anything that is a block on the page can be written through the API, which is how a catalogue kept somewhere else stays in step with the page.
Is Keepp an AI website builder?
