Tag and Note Every Lead, Booking, and Purchase
Every submission, booking, and purchase can carry your own tags and a private note — up to 10 tags and 2,000 characters of notes per record, filterable, and never shown to the customer.

A list of leads, bookings, or purchases is only useful if you can tell them apart later. “Someone submitted a form on Tuesday” isn’t information you can act on by itself — what you actually need is “this one’s a hot lead,” “this one’s already been called back,” “this one’s a repeat customer, be extra nice.” That’s context you add, not context the record arrives with, and most tools give you nowhere to put it beyond a status dropdown with a handful of fixed options someone else decided on.
Every submission, booking, and purchase on Keepp can carry your own tags and a private note, right on the record. Not a status you’re stuck with — labels you define, that mean whatever you need them to mean.
Tags: your own labels, not a fixed list
A tag is free text you write — up to 10 per record, each up to 32 characters. There’s no preset list of categories to pick from, because there’s no way to guess in advance what “vip,” “follow-up-friday,” “allergic-to-nuts,” or “found-via-story” should mean for your specific business. You type it once, it renders back as a #hashtag-style badge on the record, and it’s there the next time you look at that lead, booking, or purchase.
Tags aren’t locked to one record type. The same tagging works identically whether you’re looking at a form submission, a booking, or a purchase — so “needs-follow-up” means the same thing and works the same way across your whole dashboard, not a different feature bolted onto each list separately.
Notes: context that’s only ever yours
A note is a private text field — up to 2,000 characters — for anything that doesn’t belong on a badge. Why a lead went cold. What a client mentioned during a call that’s worth remembering for next time. A reminder to yourself about a booking’s specific circumstances. It’s never shown to the customer, never part of a confirmation email or a public page — it exists only in your dashboard, for you.
Filtering your list down to what matters right now
Tags aren’t just for display — they’re also how you filter. Type a tag into the filter field on your leads, bookings, or purchases list, and the list narrows to just the records carrying it. A busy week doesn’t mean scrolling every submission looking for the ones you tagged “urgent” — it means typing “urgent” once.
Everything you tag travels with you
Tags and notes aren’t a dashboard-only convenience — they’re included when you export your data to CSV, so the organizing work you’ve already done doesn’t get thrown away the moment you need it somewhere else. Every tag and note travels with the export covers that in full. For the workflows tagging actually enables day to day — flagging hot leads, repeat customers, and records that need follow-up — see turn a flat order list into something you can actually work.
Common questions
Do tags and notes show up anywhere the customer can see them? No — both are private to your dashboard. A customer never sees a tag or a note attached to their own submission, booking, or purchase.
Is there a fixed list of tags I have to choose from? No — a tag is whatever text you type. Nothing to configure in advance, no admin setting to define categories first.
Can I remove a tag once I’ve added it? Yes — tags can be added or removed from a record at any time, and removing one doesn’t affect anything else on the record.
Where to start
Open any lead, booking, or purchase in your dashboard and add a tag or a note directly on the record — no setup required. Collect leads and feedback, take bookings, or sell a product to start building a list worth organizing.
