Take Bookings

Step 1: create a booking unit

Go to Bookings → Booking units and create one. First you pick a mode, which can’t be changed later:

• Slots — time-slot appointments: sessions, tables, consultations.
• Nights — stays measured in nights: rooms, rentals.

Then fill in the basics: name, description, location (an address, or “Online”), and photos.

Step 2: set availability

• Timezone — the timezone your schedule is defined in.
• For slots: duration, buffer time between bookings, lead time (how much notice you need), and a weekly schedule of when you’re bookable.
• For nights: minimum and maximum nights per stay.
• Booking window — how many days ahead customers can book, if you want a limit.
• Blackout dates — dates you’re never bookable, regardless of your weekly schedule.
• Extra availability — one-off dates or windows added on top of your regular schedule.

Step 3: meeting links (slots only)

If a slot booking happens over video, set a video provider:

• Google Meet — requires a connected Google account. Google also syncs your bookings to your calendar and hides your busy times from availability.
• Zoom — requires a connected Zoom account, and creates a Zoom meeting link for every booked appointment.

Connect these from Connectors — see connect Stripe for the same page’s Stripe section. Until a provider is connected, its option is disabled here.

Step 4: pricing

Three options:

• Free — no charge.
• Display price — a price shown as text (e.g. “From $150/night”) that you handle payment for yourself, outside Keepp.
• Charge via Stripe — Keepp collects payment at booking time through your connected Stripe account, via Stripe Connect, so the money is credited directly to you. Requires Stripe to be connected — see connect Stripe. If you pick this, set an amount and currency (Keepp supports USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AUD, CAD, and SGD). The editor shows any fee Keepp applies on top of what Stripe itself charges before you turn this on — see the pricing page for current fee details.

Step 5: policies and status

Optional refund and terms text, each with an optional link. A unit is Active by default; pausing it keeps everything saved but stops new bookings — existing ones aren’t affected.

Step 6: add the block to your page

In the editor, add a booking block and pick the unit from the dropdown. Add a title and description for how it appears on the page. If the underlying unit is later archived, the block flags itself as pointing at a unit that no longer exists so you can pick another before publishing.

Managing bookings

The Bookings → Calendar tab shows what’s been booked, filterable by unit, so you can see and manage appointments and stays as they come in.
