Connect Zoom

Connect your own Zoom account so video bookings get a Zoom meeting link automatically — what happens if it disconnects, and how to remove it.

If you take bookings over video, Keepp can create a Zoom meeting for every appointment automatically. Connect your Zoom account once from Connectors in your admin, and it powers every slot booking set to Zoom.

Adding it

  1. Go to Connectors in your admin.
  2. Find Zoom and tap Connect.
  3. You’re sent to Zoom to sign in and authorize Keepp.
  4. Once Zoom confirms the connection, you’re back on Keepp with Zoom marked Connected.

Using it

Once connected, go to a slots-mode offering’s meeting-link step and set the video provider to Create Zoom meetings for me. That option is disabled until Zoom shows Connected — you’ll need to connect first. From then on, every booking against that offering gets its own Zoom link automatically, sent with the booking confirmation.

The Connectors card shows one of three states:

  • Not connected — no Zoom account linked. Tap Connect to start.
  • Connected — meeting links are being created automatically.
  • Needs reconnect — Zoom’s access has expired or was revoked on Zoom’s side. Existing bookings keep whatever link they already have, but new bookings won’t get one until you reconnect.

If Zoom needs reconnecting (or was never connected) at the moment someone books a video slot, Keepp doesn’t block the booking — it goes through without a meeting link, and both sides are told rather than left to find out later:

  • You get a booking confirmation email with a banner: “No meeting link was created for this booking — send one to your customer before the session.”
  • Your customer gets a banner too: “Your meeting link will be sent by [you] before the session.”

Send the link yourself (any video tool works), then reconnect Zoom in Connectors so future bookings resume creating links automatically.

Removing it

Tap Disconnect on the Zoom card in Connectors at any time.

  • Bookings that already have a Zoom link keep it — disconnecting doesn’t remove links from past or already-confirmed bookings.
  • New bookings against an offering still set to Create Zoom meetings for me will fail to get a link and fall back to the graceful-failure banner above — the offering itself doesn’t change, so switch its video provider (or reconnect) if you don’t want that to happen.
  • Reconnecting later (even a different Zoom account) picks back up automatically — no need to touch existing offerings.
