You choose who answers
A visitor with a question gets an answer on your page. Chat settings decide whether that answer comes from the AI, from you, or from the AI first and then you.
AI ONLY
An answer in seconds, at any hour.
The AI answers from two places, and nothing else. The first is everything on your published page: products and prices, booking options, menus, links and text. There is nothing to copy in, and after you publish a change it knows it. The second is What the AI should know in Chat settings, where you add what the page leaves out, such as your returns policy, delivery days or the tone to use. When a question goes beyond both, it says it does not know and flags the chat for you, so a guess never reaches a customer.

The AI starts the conversation, and you finish it.
The AI takes the first questions. When the visitor asks for a person, or the AI cannot help, the chat moves to your Telegram with everything said so far. From then on that conversation is yours, and the AI stays out of it.

Each chat opens in your Telegram group as soon as the visitor starts it, with their answers to your pre-chat questions at the top. You reply from your phone like any other message, and the reply appears on your page.
WHY TELEGRAM
Reply from an app you already have
Answering customers should not mean one more app to download and keep open. Telegram is a messaging app like WhatsApp or iMessage, on your phone, your laptop and the web, and it lets a business run an automated account, called a bot, for free. WhatsApp charges businesses for each conversation, and iMessage has no open way to run one. So Keepp runs one bot for everyone, and each owner adds it to a group of their own.

If you reply while the visitor is away from your page, they get one email with your reply and a link that opens the same conversation. They get one for each time they are away, and at most five for a conversation. Replying to the email reaches you directly.
