Holiday Rental website template
A free vacation rental website template for a cabin, cottage or small B&B, with photos of the rooms, what guests find on arrival and a map. Fill it with your own place, then add booking by the night so guests book direct with you and pay when they book.
At the top sits a square photo of the place, its name and one line on what a stay feels like, with Instagram and Facebook underneath. A line of text below the cards holds the house rules, like how many it sleeps, check-in and check-out times, and whether dogs can come.
What’s on this page
The bedroom
Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.
Put the bedroom first, since it is the room guests look at longest. The card holds up to five photos, enough for the bed, the view from the window and the outside of the cabin. Use the line under the title for what a photo cannot show, like linen sheets or blackout blinds.
The porch
Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.
Give the best spot outside its own card, whether it is a porch, a garden or a hot tub. The template puts three photos here, the view, breakfast outside and the key hook by the door, which gives guests a feel for arriving.
Breakfast basket
Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.
Use a card for the thing guests mention in their reviews, like a breakfast basket waiting on arrival or kayaks they can borrow. A shine plays across this card once as it comes into view, so it catches the eye as people scroll.
Getting here
A Google Maps pin with your address and opening hours. Tapping it opens a bigger map and a button for directions.
Paste the pin and use the hours line for how directions work, such as sending the exact location once someone has booked. If the last stretch is a farm track, or the phone signal drops near the end, put that in the address line.

Stay at the cabin
Appointments from your weekly hours, or stays by the night. Visitors pick a time and book on the page, and can pay through your own Stripe account.
Booking by the night lets guests choose their arrival and departure dates on your page and book direct with you. You set the shortest and longest stay, block out the dates you want the place for yourself, and guests pay through your own Stripe account when they book. Write your cancellation terms into the booking so they read them before paying.
Ask about the cabin
A chat button that answers visitors' questions from what is on your page and the notes you give it.
Guests tend to ask the same things before they book, like whether there is a cot or if they can arrive after dark. A chat answers from your page and the notes you give it, such as the Wi-Fi or the nearest pub. Once you link a Telegram group, anything it cannot answer is passed to you there.
Ask about the cabinAI assistantHi! Ask about dates, dogs or how to get here.Longer stays and groups
A form with the questions you choose, for enquiries, quotes or feedback. Every answer is saved for you in Keepp.
Some stays are easier to agree by hand, like a month in winter or a family reunion that needs two cabins. A form takes the dates and the number of guests, and you reply with a price that works for that stay.
Questions
Can guests book direct from my own site?
Yes. Add a booking block that runs by the night, and guests choose their dates on your page and book with you, paying through your own Stripe account. Put the page link in your welcome book and on your socials so returning guests come straight to you.
What should a vacation rental website include?
Photos of the rooms and the outside, how many it sleeps, check-in times and house rules, where it is and a way to book. This template starts with three photo cards, a line for the rules and a map, and you add booking by the night as its own block.
Can I take payment for stays?
Yes. Guests pay when they book, through your own Stripe account, so the money goes to you. Add your cancellation terms to the booking and guests see them before they pay.
Will dates that are booked still show as free?
No. Once a guest books, those nights are no longer offered to anyone else, and the dates you block out for yourself never show as free.
Does it work for a B&B with several rooms?
Yes. Make a booking for each room, each with its own photos and minimum stay, and guests pick the room and the dates.
