Terms of Service

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to sign up.

You own the content you put on your page: links, products, bookable units, images, and copy. You’re responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for keeping it accurate and lawful.

You may not use Keepp to publish, sell, or promote:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content that depicts or promotes graphic violence, self-harm, or terrorism
• Hate speech or content that discriminates against a protected group
• Harassment, threats, or bullying directed at any person
• Illegal goods or services, or goods/services you’re not licensed to sell
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Malware, spam, or content designed to compromise another user’s device or account
• Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property rights

We may update this list at any time to address new risks to Keepp, our users, or their customers.

Payments for products and bookings are processed through Stripe. Each seller connects their own Stripe account and is the merchant of record for their sales. Keepp is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer and is not responsible for the quality, legality, delivery, or fulfillment of anything you sell.

Stripe determines how chargebacks and payment disputes are handled, under its own agreement with you as a connected Stripe account holder. Keepp charges a service fee on paid transactions as disclosed on our Pricing page; this fee is separate from anything Stripe charges and is not refunded if a sale is refunded or disputed.

Selling through Keepp also means complying with Stripe’s own acceptable-use and restricted-business policies, which apply independently of these terms. Stripe may restrict or close a connected account for violating its own policies; Keepp isn’t responsible for Stripe’s decisions.

Connecting a third-party account (Google Calendar, Zoom) is subject to that provider’s own terms. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard.

Keepp offers multiple plans with different features and limits. See our Pricing page for current details. We may change what’s included on any plan, including the free plan, at any time. Pages on the free plan may in the future include Keepp branding or advertising; we’ll use reasonable efforts to give notice before introducing anything like this.

We aim to keep Keepp available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.

If you believe content on a Keepp page infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us at the email below with a description of the content, its location, and your rights in the work. We’ll review and remove infringing content where appropriate. Repeated infringement by an account may result in suspension or termination.

If you sell products or services through Keepp, you agree to indemnify and hold Keepp harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, products, services, or your customers’ interactions with them.

To the extent permitted by law, Keepp’s total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid Keepp in the 12 months before the claim arose. Keepp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You must be 18 or older to use Keepp.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You can stop using Keepp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or other users at risk.
