HOW YOU GET PAID
You're the merchant of record, not Keepp.
Every sale runs through your own connected Stripe account. Money is credited directly to you — it never sits with Keepp and gets forwarded on. Keepp's commission is deducted automatically at the time of sale, and on the Influencer plan there's nothing to deduct; payouts, refunds, and disputes all happen in your own Stripe dashboard, on Stripe's own timelines.

What happens when I hit my usage limit?
Free actions (forms, and free/pay-outside bookings and purchases) pause until your pool resets next billing cycle, or until you upgrade. Anything a customer pays you for through Stripe is never limited or paused, on any plan.
How do refunds and disputes work?
You're the merchant of record on your own connected Stripe account, so refunds and disputes happen directly in your Stripe dashboard — Keepp never holds your funds or handles the payment side.
Is Keepp free?
Yes — Free gets you a fully customizable page, unlimited links, and the core integrations, no card or trial clock, with real Stripe checkout at 5%. Pro ($9.99/mo) drops that to 3% and unlocks forms, full analytics, and custom fonts & backgrounds; Influencer ($24.99/mo) takes commission to 0% — see the full breakdown on the pricing page.
