HOW YOU GET PAID
You're the merchant of record, not Keepp.
Every sale runs through your own connected Stripe account. Money is credited directly to you, so it never sits with Keepp waiting to be forwarded on. Keepp's commission is deducted automatically at the time of sale, and on the Influencer plan there's nothing to deduct; payouts, refunds, and disputes all happen in your own Stripe dashboard, on Stripe's own timelines.

Questions people ask.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
Free actions (forms, free/pay-outside bookings and purchases, and the AI's chat replies) pause until your pool resets next billing cycle, or until you upgrade. Your own chat replies always go through, and anything a customer pays you for through Stripe is never limited or paused, on any plan.
How do refunds and disputes work?
You're the merchant of record on your own connected Stripe account, so refunds and disputes happen directly in your Stripe dashboard. Keepp never holds your funds or handles the payment side.
Is Keepp free to use?
Yes. The free plan gives you the page, unlimited links and a working Stripe checkout, with no card required and no trial clock. Paid plans lower the commission on sales and add more of the page to your control.
Do I need a website as well as a Keepp page?
No. A Keepp page is a real page at a real address, so for most creators and small businesses it is the website. It is quicker to set up than a site and easier to change when what you do changes.

How do I get paid?
Through your own connected Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, so the sale is between you and your customer and the money goes to your account rather than being held by Keepp and forwarded later.
What commission does Keepp take on a sale?
Five percent on the free plan, three percent on Pro and nothing on Influencer. It comes out at checkout rather than arriving as a separate invoice.
What is a good Linktree alternative?
