Group Blocks Into a Collection

Put a set of blocks on a page of their own with a Collection: every product you sell, or all your links for one product line. Your main page stays short, and every block keeps its own link.

Part of: Start selling

A Collection is a pill or card on your page that opens a page of other blocks. Use one when a list would make your main page long: everything you sell, all your affiliate links for one product line, a set of classes, or last season’s lookbook. Visitors tap the Collection, see its blocks, and open any one of them as usual. Collections are part of the Pro plan.

Add a Collection

  1. Open the editor and go to Add.
  2. Under Links & cards, tap Collection.
  3. Give it a title, and if you like a short description and an image. These are what visitors see on your main page, and at the top of the Collection’s own page.

In the Style tab, a Collection takes the same choices as a card: pill or card, full or half width, alignment, image shape and colours. It has no button of its own. The blocks inside it have theirs.

Put blocks in it

There are three ways to do it:

  • From the Collection’s page. Select the Collection and tap Open its page in its Content tab, or the open-page button in the corner of the block on the canvas. The canvas switches to the Collection’s page. Anything you add from Add now goes on that page.
  • From the Blocks list. A Collection shows a chevron and the number of blocks in it. Tap the chevron to open it, then drag blocks in among its blocks. Drag one back out among your page’s blocks to take it out again.
  • From any block’s settings. In the block’s Settings tab, Shows on lists your main page and every Collection. Pick where the block goes, and it moves to the end of that page.

Most blocks can go in a Collection. A nav bar, a ticker, chat, a Spotlight and another Collection stay on your main page.

A block inside a Collection keeps the link it always had, keepp.link/yourname/ and a short code, so links you’ve already shared, custom links and QR codes keep working. Opening that link goes straight to the block, inside its Collection. From there, Back returns to the Collection’s page.

See any block’s page in the editor

Every block that opens as its own page (a card, product, booking, form, menu, map, video, article or Collection) has an open-page button in the corner of the block on the canvas. Tap it to see that page the way visitors see it once they’ve tapped through. The bar above the page takes you back.

The page menu stays short

In the menu on your published page, a Collection is one row. A chevron beside it opens the list of its blocks, and it starts closed. Your nav sections sit under Home the same way. See structure a long page for the rest of the menu.

Remove a Collection

Delete removes the Collection and puts its blocks back on your main page, in their order, where the Collection was. To delete the Collection and everything in it, use Delete with its blocks in the Collection’s Content tab and confirm. Either way, Undo brings it back.
