Structure a Long Page

If your page is more than a handful of blocks, a few structural blocks keep it readable instead of one long scroll.

Headers and subheaders

A header is a section title; a subheader sits under it for a secondary line. Both take a style:

• Plain: no extra treatment
• Eyebrow, a small uppercase treatment above the main text (applied visually only, the stored text stays as you typed it, since nav tabs reuse a header’s text verbatim)
• Divider: a visual rule alongside the text

A header also has a show in nav tabs toggle, turn it on to make that section reachable from the nav block below and from the page menu.

Text

A text block is body copy: a paragraph of description, a note, anything that isn’t a title. Use it between other blocks to add context without needing a full section.

Nav tabs

The nav block renders a row of tabs, one for each header with “show in nav tabs” turned on, in page order, tapping a tab jumps to that header’s section. It’s a single block with nothing to configure directly; if it looks empty, turn on “show in nav tabs” on at least one header first.

Nav is a one-per-page block.

The page menu

Every published page with a block that opens (a card, product, booking offering, form, menu, map, video or Collection) gets a menu button in its top left corner. Visitors tap it to open a side menu:

• Home always comes first and takes them back to the top of your page.
• If your page has a nav block, its sections are listed under Home, behind a chevron that opens them. Tapping one goes to that section.
• Below that is every block that opens, in the order it sits on your page, named by its title. A card, map or video with no title is listed as Details, Location or Video.
• A Collection is one row, with its blocks listed under it behind a chevron. Every group starts closed, so the menu stays short however much is on your page.

Tapping a block in the menu opens it as its own page, at its own link. There’s nothing to set up: the menu builds itself from your blocks each time you publish. A page with only links, text and headers has nowhere else to go, so it doesn’t get a menu.

Spacer

A spacer adds one row of vertical breathing space between two blocks, no settings, just space.

Collections

When one part of your page is a long list, like every product you sell or all your links for one product line, put it in a Collection. It shows as one pill or card on your page and opens a page of its own with those blocks on it. See group blocks into a collection.

Putting it together

A typical long page alternates headers with the content blocks underneath them, using text and spacers to break things up, and a single nav block near the top once you have more than two or three sections. A long list goes in a Collection, so the main page stays short.
