Wedding website template

A free wedding website template with a few lines about the two of you, cards for the ceremony and the dinner, a map to the venue with the times of the day, and an RSVP form. Change the details to your day, then add a schedule or a link to your gift list.

At the top sit both your names over a photo and one line asking guests to come, with your Instagram underneath. Below it is a short paragraph telling your story, all on a soft sage and linen background with rounded cards, pill buttons and a serif for the headings.

What’s on this page

  • The ceremony

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Give the ceremony its own card with the start time and the one thing guests must not get wrong, like arriving twenty minutes early or that it is outdoors and the lawn is soft. A wide photo of the venue or the aisle helps people recognise the place when they pull up.

  • Dinner

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Use the second card for everything after the vows: drinks, dinner, speeches and dancing. The template has two photos here, the rings and a long table laid for dinner. If the party moves somewhere else for the evening, write the new place in the line under the title.

  • The venue

A Google Maps pin with your address and opening hours. Tapping it opens a bigger map and a button for directions.

Paste the venue's pin from Google Maps and add the full address. The hours line works as a timetable, like ceremony at 2pm and carriages at midnight. Guests tap the map for directions on the morning, so it is worth a word about parking or the nearest station.

  • RSVP

A form with the questions you choose, for enquiries, quotes or feedback. Every answer is saved for you in Keepp.

The RSVP form asks for an email, which the guest confirms with a code, then their names, whether they can come and anything you should know about food. Every reply is kept in your dashboard, and you can export the lot as a spreadsheet when the caterer asks for numbers. The button's shine loops, so nobody misses it.

Add to it

  • The day, hour by hour

A piece of writing, like a guide or a list, that opens to be read in full with its own photos and items.

A timetable answers most of the messages you would otherwise get in the last week. Write the day as an article, one item for each part of it, and guests open it on your page and read it through. A second article works well for travel and places to stay, with each hotel's name linking to its website.

  • Our gift list

A web link, shown as a button or as a card with an image.

If you have a gift list or a honeymoon fund on another site, add a button that goes straight to it. Guests who want to send something find it themselves, and you do not have to bring it up.

  • Ask Sam & Alex

A chat button that answers visitors' questions from what is on your page and the notes you give it.

Guests have small questions right up to the day, like whether children are invited, what to wear or where to park. A chat button answers them from what is on your page and the notes you give it. If you link a Telegram group, the questions you would rather answer yourselves come to you there.

Questions

What should a wedding website include?

The date, where the ceremony and the party are, a timetable for the day, travel and places to stay, and a way to RSVP. This template has cards for the ceremony and the dinner, a map of the venue and an RSVP form, and you can add the timetable as an article.

Can guests RSVP on it?

Yes. The RSVP form asks for their names, whether they can come and about food, and every reply is saved in your dashboard. Add any question you need, like which night they are staying or a song for the band.

Can I add a map and schedule?

Yes. The map is already on the template with a line for the times. For the whole day, add an article with one item for each part of it, from the ceremony to the taxis home.

How do I send it to guests?

Your page has its own address, which you can put on the invitations or send in a message. You can also connect a domain you own, so it opens at your own address.
