About me website template

A free about me website with your photo and a line about you, a short hello, a few words on what you are doing right now and cards for the things you love. Fill it in with your own story, then add a reading list, a playlist or a way for people to send you a note.

At the top sits your name, a round photo and a line like teacher by day, reader by night, with Instagram, TikTok and Spotify underneath. A short hello and a few lines on what you are up to follow, on a soft pink-to-blue background with rounded cards and pill buttons in raspberry pink.

What’s on this page

  • Books

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Pick the thing you could talk about for an hour and give it a card. The template uses books, with two photos and a line about the pile by the bed. Name a couple of favourites in the line under the title, so someone who shares your taste knows straight away.

  • Slow Sundays

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

The second card is for how you like to spend your time, here slow Sundays with plants on every shelf. Use photos you took yourself, like a walk you do every weekend or your garden, and change them with the seasons.

Add to it

  • What I read this year

A piece of writing, like a guide or a list, that opens to be read in full with its own photos and items.

A list is one of the easiest things to share about yourself, whether it is books, recipes or places you have been. Make it an article with one item per thing and a line on each, link the ones people can find online, and add to it as the year goes on.

  • What I am listening to

A web link, shown as a button or as a card with an image.

Add a button for anything that lives elsewhere, like a playlist you keep updating, a photo album or a recipe you are proud of. Pick an icon that says what it is, so people know where it goes before they tap.

  • Recommend me a book

A form with the questions you choose, for enquiries, quotes or feedback. Every answer is saved for you in Keepp.

A small form gives visitors a friendly reason to get in touch, like recommending a book, a film or somewhere to eat. Their answers wait for you in your dashboard, and you never have to share your email address on the page.

Questions

What should an about me page say?

Who you are in one line, what you are doing at the moment, a few things you love and where else people can find you. Write it the way you would introduce yourself to a friend of a friend.

Can I add my socials?

Yes. Your socials sit in one row under your name, and you choose which ones show. The template starts with Instagram, TikTok and Spotify.

Do I need a full website?

Not to start. One page with a hello, a few cards and your socials is enough to send to people. When you want more, add articles and cards, and each one can be opened and shared on its own.
