Fitness Studio website template

A free gym website template for a small gym, strength studio or yoga room, with your class timetable, your coaches and photos of the space. Change the classes to yours, then add a first session new members book online and a pass they can buy on the page.

At the top sits your studio's name, a round photo and one line on how you train, with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube underneath. A line at the bottom of the page invites people to a free first class.

What’s on this page

  • Timetable

A list of what you offer, each item with a description, a price and tags. Visitors tap it to open the full list and filter it by tag.

Use the menu as your timetable, one item per class, with the day and time in the description and a tag for the level, like Beginner or All levels. Someone new can filter to the beginner classes and see when they run. The subtitle tells people how to get a place in a class; change it to match how you run yours.

  • Coaches who care

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Show one of your coaches at work in a tall photo, and use the line under it to say how big the groups are. Nervous beginners look for small groups and someone who will watch their form.

  • Kettlebells

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Give your main kind of training a card of its own, whether that is kettlebells, barbell work or spin. A photo and a line on what a session includes, like swings, carries and presses, tells people what they will be doing.

  • Mobility

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

A quieter card for mobility or yoga shows there is more on offer than hard training. Say when the stretch classes run, or that members can use the corner with the mats and rollers any time.

  • Intro session

Appointments from your weekly hours, or stays by the night. Visitors pick a time and book on the page, and can pay through your own Stripe account.

A first session with a coach is the easiest way in for someone who has never trained in a gym. Make it a booking with its own length and the hours your coaches are free, and new people pick a time on your page. Leave it free, or charge for it through your own Stripe account. Personal training sessions can be set up the same way.

  • Ten-class pass

An item you sell, with photos, a price and a buy button. Buyers pay on the page through your own Stripe account.

Sell class passes or a month of open gym as a product, paid on the page through your own Stripe account. Ask at checkout for the member's name and the date they want to start, and the order arrives with both.

  • Ask the studio

A chat button that answers visitors' questions from what is on your page and the notes you give it.

People ask the same things before a first visit, like what to wear and whether there are showers. A chat button answers from your timetable and the notes you give it. If you link a Telegram group, a coach can pick up the questions it cannot answer.

Questions

What should a gym website include?

Your classes and when they run, who coaches them, photos of the space, where you are and how a new member gets started. This template covers the timetable, your coaches and the space. Add a map for your address and hours, and a booking for a first session.

Can I show the timetable?

Yes. The menu block works as a timetable, with one item per class and its time in the description. Tag classes by level so visitors can filter, and change it whenever the schedule does.

Can new members book online?

Yes. Add a booking for an intro session or a personal training slot with the hours your coaches work, and people pick a time on your page. With Google Calendar connected, time already in a coach's diary is not offered.

Does it work for a yoga studio?

Yes. Swap the classes for your own, change the photos to your room, and pick a calmer background if the bright orange does not suit your studio.
