Counselling & Therapy website template

A free therapist website template with the areas you work with, how in-person and online sessions run, and a map to your practice room. Write it in your own voice, then add a first call that new clients can book without having to email you.

At the top sits your practice name, a calm photo and one line on who you see, like adults and couples, in person and online, with Instagram and LinkedIn underneath.

What’s on this page

  • What I work with

A list of what you offer, each item with a description, a price and tags. Visitors tap it to open the full list and filter it by tag.

List the things people come to you with, in the words they would use themselves, like anxiety, grief or burnout, with a gentle line on each. Tag them Adults or Couples so someone looking for couples work can filter straight to it. Name your approach or training in the subtitle if clients ask about it, and add your session fee to each item if you want it visible.

  • In person

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Describe how an in-person session runs: how long it lasts, how often people usually come, and what the room is like. A photo of the chair or a cup of tea on the side table helps a nervous first-timer picture walking in.

  • Online

Up to five photos with a title and a line of text. A card can show your work, an item for sale with a link to buy it, a product you recommend, or a code to copy.

Online sessions get their own card, so people who live further away or cannot get out see straight away that you work with them. Say which video service you use and that they only need a quiet room and a screen.

  • The practice room

A Google Maps pin with your address and opening hours. Tapping it opens a bigger map and a button for directions.

Paste the pin for your practice room and write your days and hours underneath, evenings included. Clients often worry about being seen, so it helps to mention a side entrance or where to wait, and whether there is parking nearby.

Add to it

  • A first call

Appointments from your weekly hours, or stays by the night. Visitors pick a time and book on the page, and can pay through your own Stripe account.

Let new clients book a short first call without writing to you first, which is often the hardest step. You set the hours you keep for these calls, and if you connect Zoom or Google Meet each booking gets its own video link. Keep the questions at booking to practical ones, like a name and a phone number, and leave anything personal for the call itself.

  • Get in touch

A form with the questions you choose, for enquiries, quotes or feedback. Every answer is saved for you in Keepp.

Some people want to ask a question before they book, like whether you have evening spaces. A contact form sends their message to you, and you can read it in your dashboard between sessions. Use the form's description to say it is for practical questions, and keep client notes in the records system you already use.

Questions

What should a therapist website include?

Who you work with and what you help with, how sessions run and how often, where you are and whether you work online, and a simple first step for someone who is unsure. This template has the first three ready to fill in, and you can add a bookable first call.

Can clients book a first session?

Yes. Add a booking block for a first call or a first session with the hours you keep for them, and clients pick a time on the page. With Zoom or Google Meet connected, each booking comes with its own video link.

Can they ask a question privately?

Yes. A contact form sends the message to you, and nothing they write shows on the page. Say in the form's description that it is for practical questions like availability or fees, so anything personal can wait for the first call.

Can I show both in-person and online sessions?

Yes. The template has a card for each, and a map to your room for people who come in.
