Online Fitness Coaching and Consultations, Booked Directly
Remote coaching, form checks, and program reviews are a different product from an in-person class or a gym membership. Here's how to sell and book them directly, without a separate scheduling tool.

A trainer or coach working remotely isn’t selling the same thing an in-person gym or studio sells — there’s no room, no equipment, no fixed class time. What’s actually being sold is time and expertise: a program review, a form check over video, a monthly check-in call. That’s a booking problem, not a membership-software problem, and it’s a much simpler one to solve.
The offerings that actually apply
A discovery or intake call — free or low-cost, for someone deciding whether to work with you. Set it up as a booking offering with real availability and a video-call link generated automatically for the session.
Program design or a single review — a one-off paid session where you build or assess a program, priced through your own connected Stripe account.
Ongoing coaching — recurring check-ins over weeks or months, sold as a product — “8-week coaching package” — with individual sessions booked against it as they come up, the same pattern a booking page for coaches and consultants covers for other kinds of 1:1 work.
Intake before the first call
A short form block next to your booking offering — training history, current goals, injuries or limitations — means a first session starts with real information instead of the first fifteen minutes being spent asking questions a form could’ve answered.
Video sessions without a separate link every time
Set a video provider — Google Meet or Zoom — on the booking offering, and a meeting link generates automatically with every booking, sent in the confirmation. Neither you nor the client hunts for a link before a session, and if a call gets rescheduled, the link moves with it.

Async check-ins, if that’s part of what you offer
Not every coaching relationship needs a live call for every touchpoint — some coaches run periodic form checks or check-ins over message or video review rather than a scheduled call. That’s still worth structuring as a real offering rather than an open-ended DM relationship: a product priced for “one form-check review,” with delivery instructions on how to submit footage, keeps it as a real transaction with a clear scope instead of an ongoing, undefined commitment.
Combining with in-person work
A trainer who also runs in-person sessions or classes can run both from the same page — selling gym classes, day passes, and class packs covers the in-person side, sitting as separate blocks alongside the online coaching offerings on the same page, sold through the same connected Stripe account.
Rescheduling without a text back-and-forth
Because every booking confirmation includes a manage-booking link, a client can reschedule their own session within whatever window your policy allows — useful for a coaching relationship that runs for months, where a session moving occasionally is normal rather than an exception.
