Host Your Content Privately

Where to put a PDF, video course, or template pack so only paying buyers can reach it — and paste one private link into your product.

When someone buys a digital product on your page, Keepp shows them a private link on their purchase page the moment they pay. You host the content; we deliver the link. That means the file never has to be uploaded to Keepp — it lives wherever you already keep it, and you can update it any time without touching your product.

The only rule that matters: the link must work for anyone who has it, without asking the buyer to sign in to your account or request access. Test your link in a private/incognito window before you paste it in — if it opens there, it will open for your buyers.

PDFs, templates, and files

  • Google Drive — upload the file, then Share → General access → “Anyone with the link” → Viewer. Copy that link. Folders work the same way, so a folder of files can be a single link.
  • Dropbox — Share → Create link. Anyone with the link can view and download.
  • Notion — for guides or templates: Share → Publish. The published page is reachable only by its link.

Buyers can forward a link, of course — the same is true of any file you email someone. For most creators the convenience is worth far more than the leak risk.

Video courses

  • YouTube (unlisted) — upload each video as Unlisted: it never appears in search, your channel, or recommendations, but plays for anyone with the link. Put the whole course in an unlisted playlist and use the playlist link, so one link covers every lesson and you can add lessons later.
  • Vimeo — on paid plans you can hide a video from Vimeo itself and restrict embeds, which is stricter than unlisted YouTube.
  • Loom — for short walkthrough-style content, a Loom link works out of the box.

Avoid YouTube’s Private setting — that one requires you to whitelist viewers’ Google accounts by email, which doesn’t fit an automatic delivery link.

Courses with structure

If your course is more than a playlist — modules, text, downloads — put it in a Notion page (Share → Publish) with the videos embedded, and deliver that one link. You get a table of contents, and you can keep editing after launch.

Paste it into your product

In Purchases → Products, open your product’s Delivery step, switch on Deliver it for me after purchase, and paste your link. Add a line of instructions if the content needs any explanation (“Start with Module 1 — the workbook PDF is linked at the top”). From then on every buyer gets it automatically, seconds after they pay.
