Claim Your Page

What you need

An email address. That’s it. There’s no password to set and no account to connect. You build your page directly inside Keepp.

Step 1: Sign in

Go to keepp.link and click Sign in. Enter your email address and click Send code.

If you’ve never used Keepp before, this same step creates your account. There’s no separate sign-up.

Step 2: Enter your code

Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and enter it. That’s your sign-in. If it doesn’t arrive within a minute or two, check spam, or tap Resend code.

Step 3: Claim your link

The first time you sign in, you land on Claim your link. Set:

• Page name: what visitors see at the top of your page.
• Page URL: your public address, keepp.link/your-name. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3–30 characters. This becomes the link you put in your bio.

You can change your page name later. Your address is permanent, so pick one you’ll want to keep.

Step 4: Choose a template

Pick the finished page closest to yours. The Business tab has pages for trades and venues, such as a café, a plumber, a salon or a holiday rental. The Personal tab has pages for people, such as a musician, a photographer, a writer or a coach. Tick Free templates only to see just the ones you can publish on the free plan; the others carry a Pro badge because they use a Pro feature, like a photo background, a custom font, a form or motion effects.

Tap a template to scroll through the whole page, then Use this template. You can come back to this step and switch at any point before you publish. Your photo, intro and social profiles come with you.

Step 5: Make it yours

The next steps change the template into your page. Your page is shown beside every step, in a phone frame on a larger screen or across the top on a phone, and it updates as you go.

• Profile: add your photo or logo and a line about you. They replace the template’s placeholder. Both are optional.
• Socials: add the profiles you want on your page, as a link or just your handle. They replace the template’s example icons, and if you add none, the icons are removed.
• Try editing one block: a practice run on the block that most needs your details, like a services menu or a map, using the same settings panel the editor uses for every block. Every other block edits the same way in the editor afterwards.
• Tune the look: brand color, background and text color, then a style preset or the individual corner, shadow and button settings. See style your page for what each one does.

Nothing is lost if you close the tab. Come back in the same browser and you’re on the step you reached.

Step 6: Publish

The last step lists any blocks still showing the template’s example text, each with an Edit link that opens the editor on that block. You can fix them first or publish now and edit later.

• Publish my page puts the page live and opens the editor.
• If the template uses a Pro feature and you’re on the free plan, you’ll see which feature and three choices: Upgrade to publish (you come back to the editor with your page ready to publish), Choose a free template (your photo, intro and profiles are kept), or Continue in the editor without publishing.

Step 7: You’re in the editor

A short tour of the editor starts when you arrive. Skip it any time; the help icon in the header starts it again. From here, see how your page works to understand blocks, the grid and publishing, or choosing the right block to see what you can add.

Your address works from the start. Claiming your link publishes a starter page with your name, so keepp.link/your-name works straight away. Everything you build afterwards stays a draft until you publish, so the live page keeps showing the last published version while you work.
